Abra la mano. (fem.): Open your hand.
Esta es la doctora. (fem.): This is the doctor.
El doctor todavía no ha llegado. (masc.): The doctor has not yet arrived.
Soy el enfermero. (masc.): I'm the nurse.
Soy la enfermera. (fem.): I'm the nurse.
