Spanish Adjectives

Adjectives that end in "e" only change for singular and plural (not masculine or feminine).

Singular Plural English Equivalent
chico inteligente chicos inteligentes intelligent boy(s)
chica inteligente chicas inteligentes intelligent girls(s)



The same thing is true for most adjectives that end in a consonant. They only change for singular and plural.

Singular Plural English Equivalent
chico joven chicos jovenes young boy(s)
chica joven chicas jovenes young girl(s)

But, there are some exceptions to this rule.
