Spanish Adjectives

So, as you can see, Spanish adjectives can have four forms, depending on whether the nouns they describe are masculine or feminine, singular or plural. The following words all mean exactly the same thing (tall).

Masculine Feminine
Singular alto alta
Plural altos altas

This is true for all adjectives whose base form ends in "o" but for adjectives that end in other letters, the rules are somewhat different.
